Formed in January 1989 by people whose common bond was a love and understanding of paper as a medium in its own right.

Whats on offer

Workshops
Papermakers of Victoria run a range of art workshops, open to both members and the public. Workshops have included beginners papermaking, cyanotypes, bookbinding and more. Check out our future workshops here

Meetings
Members meet six times a year for general meetings, this includes a mix of speakers, activities and updates on the group. There are also smaller art groups that meet to make art together throughout the year, more info can be found here

Our members have access to a range of artist talks from artists with papermaking, bookbinding, mixed media and other practices. Keep an eye out for future artist talks here
