Visit to Paper Go Round and Fyansford Paper Mill

Saturday 11 April from 10 am to approximately 4 pm.

We would appreciate bookings for the outing so that we can let both Paper Go Round and the Paper Mill know the numbers. The plan is to arrive at Paper Go Round Unit 2/72 Riverside Avenue, Werribee between 10.30 and 11 am. We will have a tour of the paper studio and have the opportunity to purchase seed paper and or cards.Following this visit we will drive to Geelong to the Fyansford Paper Mill 100 Lower Paper Mills Rd, Fyansford VIC 3218 where will have lunch. There is a cafe where you can order simple fare (including gluten free) or you can bring your own lunch.  We will be meeting up with a local group of book and textile artists and have booked a tour of the mill for 2 pm.

Transport
Melbourne to Paper Go Round – 40 mins drive
Melbourne to Fyansford paper Mill – I hour drive
Paper Go Round – Fyansford 40 mins drive
Trains
Werribee trains take 50 minutes from Flinders street and it takes 7 minutes to drive to Paper Go Round.
Vline trains from Flinders street and Southern Cross to Waurn Ponds station (12 mins from the Paper Mill) – trains run every 20 minutes both ways.
Information about the tour…
Tour day to Saturday 11th April with the tour starting at 2:00pm.
 
Usual Group Tour fees are as follows:-
10 to 15 People Tour cost                     $15 per person
16 to 20 people Tour cost                     $12 per person
21 people and over Tour cost              $10 per person.
 
100% of all funds raised going to community projects and charities.
Papermakers of Victoria will fund the tour for members but non members will be required to pay $10 each
 
 Managers of the mill require names of all attendees for insurance purposes, by Saturday 4th April 2026.

Please indicate below if you are able to drive or if you would like to be picked up at Werribee Railway Station or somewhere in Melbourne. Those only joining us for the tour please indicate this as well. Drivers and passengers please indicate your location in the comments section below drivers please also indicate the number of passengers you can take.
